What the founder brings
NorthBridge's founder served 22 years in the military in leadership, operations, training and project-management roles, followed by work supporting military customers in defense-related operations. He has been the customer: he knows what a requirement means to the people behind it, how installations operate, and what readiness demands. He is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Laguna with personal and family experience of Native American-serving agencies.
